Vijay Pai Khot resigned as Canacona MLA of the  Bharatiya Janata Party and Public Accounts Committee chairman on Friday. He submitted his resignation to the Goa Legislative Assembly Speaker Pratapsingh Rane and also resigned from the membership of the BJP to join congress party.
