Chairman of the congress central screening committee Oscar Fernandes on Wednesday downplayed the threat by the Goa Muslim Forum to boycott Congress and NCP candidates and stated that the Congress party has already fielded a Muslim candidate in Fatorda. He also said that the Maharashtrawadi gomantak party will not be on board for an alliance if the  congress party is called upon to form the next government.
