Bowing down to the decision of the election commission, chief minister Manohar Parrikar has decided not to induct Alina Saldanha into cabinet while  the election code of conduct was  in force. He however said the election commission has over stepped its powers and arbitrarily decided to aske him not to induct alina Saldanha in to the cabinet..
